When: Thanksgiving Break – Monday, Nov. 24 & Tuesday, Nov. 25
Christmas Break – Monday, Dec. 22 & Tuesday, Dec. 23
New Year's Break – Monday, Dec 29 & Tuesday, Dec 30
Each Day from 9:00am – 11:00am
Where: Holy Innocents' Episcopal School (805 Mount Vernon Hwy NW, Atlanta, GA 30327)
**Meet on the South Campus football field.
Who: Any Athlete ages 9-15.
Cost: $450 for the entire 6 sessions. $200 per two-session block.
Registration: The clinic will be limited to 50 participants to ensure superior oversight.
Clinic Objectives
Sprint Speed: Improve explosive acceleration and top-end sprint speed across 10 and 40-yard dashes.
Power Capability: Build total-body strength and power through jumps and resistance-based training for vertical, long jump, and throwing mechanics.
Lateral Movement: Sharpen footwork and reaction time with drills that increase side-to-side speed and coordination for real-game scenarios.
Training Focus: 5 Pillars of Performance
Mobility / Flexibility – Movement Efficiency: Improve joint range of motion and muscle function to optimize athletic movement patterns.
Strength / Power – Force of Movement: Develop the ability to generate and apply force quickly for better speed and jump performance.
Speed / Acceleration – Joint Velocity: Train explosive joint movement and sprint form to accelerate more powerfully and efficiently.
Agility / Coordination – Motor Efficiency: Enhance body control and change-of-direction speed for better performance in unpredictable environments.
Endurance – Fatigue Resistance: Build stamina to maintain speed, power, and form during extended play or competition.
